I'm delighted to report I have been nominated as Best Acoustic Act for the South West Music Awards 2011 taking place at the Corn Exchange in Exeter on 12th November.

Hosted by columnist, author and Channel 4 presenter John Robb, fresh from a coast to coast American tour with his group, Goldblade. Prize nominations have been gathered from 100 venues located throughout the South West region. The three most popular artists from each of the 30 musical genres will be invited to the show, with the winners of each category being selected by judges from a top London music publication.

In addition to the award presentation the event will showcase some of the best acts from throughout the region along with some more bizarre and unexpected guests.
